What counts as an enquiry?
A real customer who calls the site’s number, texts it or sends the request form. Spam, sales calls, robocalls, wrong numbers, very short calls and the same person contacting twice are filtered out automatically and checked, so you only pay for people who actually need the work done. If one slips through, you flag it within 48 hours and it comes off your bill.
Are the enquiries shared with other businesses?
No. Each website works for one business at a time. While you have the spot, every call, text and form from that site goes to you and nobody else. That is why there is only one founding partner per trade, per area.
How do the calls and requests reach me?
Calls ring straight through to your mobile or office number, and you see where they came from before you answer. Texts and web requests arrive by SMS and email with the customer’s details, so you can call back straight away. If you miss a call, you get a text with the caller’s number.
How does the free trial work?
For two weeks the enquiries go to you at no cost. You add a card to start, but nothing is charged until the trial ends; two days before, we remind you. If you keep the card on, the enquiries keep coming without a break. If you take it off, they simply stop. Either way you see every enquiry that came in.
How much does it cost after the trial?
There is no monthly fee and no setup fee. You pay a set price for each real enquiry sent to you, agreed in writing before the trial ends. As a founding partner you pay half of that price for your first three paid months, then the full price. Prices depend on the trade and the area; each area page shows its price.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. You can stop at any time and the enquiries stop going to you at the end of the current billing period. You only ever pay for enquiries you have already received and could review.
What if an enquiry wasn’t a real job?
Every enquiry comes with a link to your enquiries page. Tap “Not a real job?” within 48 hours and it comes off your bill straight away. We may review a dispute and put it back if it was clearly a real customer (for example, a conversation of several minutes about a job), and if we do, we tell you why.
My area is taken. What now?
Join the waitlist for that area, and you are the first we contact when the spot opens or when we launch a nearby area. If you want to rank your own business meanwhile, that is our Local SEO service: different model, results you own.
Can I move to a fixed monthly fee later?
Yes. Once the enquiries are steady, you can switch to a fixed monthly amount that works out cheaper than paying per enquiry. Many partners do this after the founding period.
Do I need my own website for this?
