SEO Mates is operated by A Clebio Costa Bispo Publicidade Ltda (ABN 13 757 044 686), 232 Unley Rd, Unley SA 5061, Australia. This policy explains what we do with the personal information you give us. We follow the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

• What you type in our contact form: your name, business name, email, mobile, trade, city and message.
• How you found us, if the link you used says so (for example, an ad on Facebook or Instagram).
• The messages you send us by email or text, and our replies.

We don't use advertising cookies. The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block spam, which checks your browser without tracking you across other sites.

Why we use it

• To reply to you and talk about the service you asked about.
• To send you a text message only if you ticked the box allowing it, or after you have texted us. Reply STOP at any time to stop.
• Our emails include an unsubscribe link. Once you unsubscribe, we won't contact you again.

We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.

Who else sees it

We use service providers to run our systems: hosting and database (Railway, United States), email delivery (Resend) and text messages (Twilio). Some of them store data outside Australia. They only process it to provide their service to us.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while we are in contact and for a reasonable time after, then delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner.

Access, corrections and complaints

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or make a privacy complaint, by emailing andre@outreach.seomates.com.au. We'll reply within 30 days. If you're not happy with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
